Given a fictional workplace concern, learners practice selecting a clear response and a fictional escalation option.
Design Approach
Use a focused branching scenario, explanatory feedback, and a short applied knowledge check to center the learner’s decision.
Learning Interactions
Learners choose how to raise the concern, select a response when time pressure appears, and complete a three-question knowledge check.
Accessibility and Usability
The planned experience will use keyboard operation, meaningful focus order, high contrast, captions or a transcript for optional narration, and non-color-only feedback.
